There are many sites that cater to filmmakers trying to network, but they all seem to be so targeted towards the filmmaker at the detriment of the film fans. Some sites are so open as to make it impossible for the fan to sift through the junk films. Others moderate the content, but also create the feeling of elitism and create barriers for the fans to communicate with the filmmaker.
